Experience

5+ years of Cash Management or Treasury Management experience.

Working knowledge of commercial deposit underwriting principles and the legal and practical concepts of account documentation.

bullet

Extensive knowledge of cash management products.

Strong negotiating skills.

bullet

Basic understanding of accounting, finance, information systems and payment rules.

bullet

Strong oral and written communication skills, including developing presentations and public speaking.

bullet

Strong computer software skills, including MS Office, Fiserv Systems, internet and communications software.

Position requires an energetic, goal-orientated individual who enjoys building relationships for business development purposes.

Responsibilities

Cash Management Officer is responsible for the development and promotion of cash management products and for sourcing new deposit business. This officer must promote growth and profitability for the Bank by targeting the commercial business segment within the bank's designated market. This position is an integral part of the Commercial Banking Department and will report directly to the EVP, Chief lending Officer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

bulletReview existing commercial deposit relationships for additional cross-sell opportunities.
bulletDevelop and execute a prospect-calling program.
bulletEnhance the Bank's image and reputation through effective public relations.
bulletAttend any commercial business development meetings.
bullet

Analyze existing commercial customer practices and cash management services to enhance relationships and increase fee income.

bullet

Prepare, analyze and recommend deposit pricing to clients while maintaining acceptable levels of risk and profitability.

  

Junior Credit Analyst

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Educational
Background

High School Diploma or GED

Four year degree in business discipline or a related field and 1-2 years of commercial credit experience.

Experience

bullet

1-2 years of banking experience.

bullet

Knowledge of finance and accounting principals as well as good analytical insight.

bullet

Good financial analytical abilities and experience with credit systems.

bullet

Requires active due-diligence and candidate must be able to perform research and analysis without direction.

bullet

Knowledge of spreading software packages.

bullet

Excellent communication skills.

bullet

High-level written and oral presentation skills necessary to communicate in business environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

bulletRequired to evaluate creditworthiness of commercial loan relationships.
bulletWork with credits small to moderate size and complexity.
bulletSpread and analyze financial information on commercial credit requests using sound judgment on cash flow and credit quality.

Participate in the Commercial banking department's sales training program.
